Pain and anguish wasn’t exactly my experience at the 2009 Cat’s Hill. Sure, the race official pulled me out after 4 laps. I wasn’t the first to be pulled and wasn’t the last.
The family came, sans Olivia who napped at home. Joshua had an awesome (safe) race. His crash at Sea Otter dictated his strategy, nice and easy. Elijah got into the mix after the kids all asses by, got on his scooter, powered by yours truly and got a medal, too.
